.The EAP Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive best-in-class customer support. General responsibilities include: 
Leads the service, support, and strategy for small to middle market Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients (<5,000 employees).
 Manages, develops, and cultivates relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
 Analyzes client reporting to demonstrate program value and identifies opportunities for program evolution.
 Investigates and follows through on member escalations.
 Develops and executes on retention and growth strategies. Responsible for profitable retention, growth, strategic initiatives, relationship development and service excellence.
 Implements newly signed clients to ensure successful onboarding.
 Ensures alignment with plan sponsor’s objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth.
 Partners with cross-functional teams in working with plan sponsor services to ensure programs and services are implemented correctly.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

 Minimum 3-5 years account management or customer service experience, preferably within industry.
 Superior written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to build strong relationships and effectively resolve difficult disputes and business challenges with peers, clients, brokers, and consultants.
 Demonstrated skills in conflict management and negotiation.
 Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively across various constituents (internal/external) to determine best possible solution/path forward.
 Strong financial and business acumen.
 Proactive, organized and detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet business/customer needs.
 Must be organized and able to manage large case load. 
Excellent critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
 Past positions in sales, account management, or employee benefits
 Healthcare experience with a passion for mental health and well-being
 Knowledge of EAP

Education
The level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree.
